Lettings Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to cover a maternity role for one year, starting at the beginning of June in our Wimbledon office.

Excellent salary offered for the right candidate, you must have a minimum of two / three years experience working for a busy lettings office.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with 20 days holiday.

You will be working alongside a part-time administrator and support a lettings manager and three lettings negotiators, working in a busy and vibrant office. You will be responsible for progressing all tenancy paperwork up until move in. Ensuring we have signed terms and conditions, gas safety certificates, personalising lettings contracts and adding any special clauses, right to rent checks, issuing section 21’s, key management and general correspondence between landlord and tenant.

Database training will be given on Vebra Alto and Veco and a handover period of two to three weeks with our current administrator before she goes on maternity leave. We would prefer if candidates were ARLA qualified.
