House price results – Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden 2012!

Back to articles

Last Updated: 06/02/2013

All these areas have bucked the national trend and benefitted from strong prices increases during the year.

Wimbledon prices rise from  9% - 18%
Raynes Park prices rise from 13% - 16%
Morden  prices rise by 7% - 12%
Rental values increased by 6-10%

Sean Purtill, Managing Director, of Ellisons says "that Merton is proving very popular with buyers and a shortage of good quality properties in all price ranges has underpinned higher than average growth. This is expected to continue in 2013".
