We have adapted the way we work to ensure we continue to provide the very best service. We are not permitted to carry out viewings during this time but we are working with our Vendors and Landlords and utilising technology to assist with Facetime and WhatsApp valuations and virtual viewings.
Valuations – we are using Facetime, WhatsApp, Team and Zoom to provide accurate valuations, with property comparables and an insight into the current market and our predictions for the coming months.
Marketing your property – now is a good time to instruct a proactive agent to prepare or market your property For Sale and To Let, there are a lot of eyeballs on screens at the moment and applicants are contacting us to register their interest. We take professional exterior photos to post online with a detailed property description. We offer advice and tips to our Vendors and Landlords on taking internal photos and record video tours of their property to send to us, so we can email our registered applicants who express further interest in your property.
Sales – our conveyancing team are working closely with our Vendors, Buyers and Solicitors to secure any essential house moves or to agree a delayed completion date.
Lettings – we continue to agree essential move in’s or delayed move in dates, we have several empty properties that are ideal for tenants that need to move now.
Tenancy Renewals – we have noticed an increase in rental renewals during this time as many tenants are unable to move during this time and are advised to stay put. Our E-Sign service allows tenancy contracts to be agreed and signed by both parties online.
Property Management – our experienced, local team continue to provide a reassuring service and advice to our clients and tenants during this time.
