Full Time Lettings Administrator

Ellisons are currently looking to recruit a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to join our Wimbledon Lettings office.  The role will be reporting directly to the Lettings Manager and supporting a very busy team of Negotiators by progressing their Lettings files.  The role is varied and would suit someone that is highly organised and likes to work in a busy environment.


Essential Skills:
• Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to liaise with people  at all levels.
• Knowledge or either Veco or Vebra Alto databases  and ARLA qualified would be an advantage.
• Experience of progressing Lettings files and drafting tenancy contracts.
• Organisational skills


Salary £27,000 (plus annual bonus if office hits target)
