How do we get a valuation?
Contact any of our offices via phone, email or personal visit and we will arrange an appointment at a convenient time for you.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Our sales & lettings consultants can be contacted via email or telephone request, or by visiting the offices and we’ll arrange a mutually convenient appointment for you to visit the property of your choice with the owner.
We will always try to accompany you on viewings.
Do you arrange mortgages?
Yes, we are happy to assist in arranging mortgages. Take a look at our mortgage calculator page for more information.
Do we have to have a ‘for sale’ or ‘to let’ board when we put our property on the market?
No, although helpful, it’s not necessary. For those requiring a publicity free campaign, we do offer a bespoke and discreet service which maintains your privacy.
What are your fees?
Our fees are extremely competitive with a service tailored to your needs.
Where will my house be advertised?
Your property will be advertised in a range of mediums inclduding extensive online marketing such as rightmove, zoopla, prime location, globrix, google properties, fish4homes, this is London, Daily Mail (online) and Evening Standard (online). As well as our own website that attracts 1000’s of unique visitors every week.
Will you accompany my buyers?
Yes, we do accompany buyers wherever possible.
